Despite our greatest care, sometimes it may be necessary for you to
return goods back to us. In such cases we would very much appreciate if
you could request a RMA number in order to handle your return, complaint
or repair as fast and efficiently as possible.
You can request an RMA number by completing our RMA Request Form.
Please have the following information ready to hand:

Company address and contact (telephone, fax and e-mail)

Company customer number
-
Invoice number or delivery note number
-
Part number
-
Quantity of part to be returned

Detailed failure description - reason for return
By return you will automatically receive the completed RMA form with
your RMA number by fax or email.

Azzurri Technology will not accept returns without valid RMA number

Please return the completed RMA form (signed) with your goods,
together with a copy of the invoice and the delivery note. Please
ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of any
package you return to us.

Please ensure that goods are returned within the validity period
indicated on the RMA.

If you are returning goods from outside the EU, you should return them
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or "Free Domicile". Please ensure that goods
are shipped back adequately protected, with original packaging, also
in a resalable condition with complete documentation and manuals (if
applicable). If any goods returned which do meet the above criteria,
will be returned to you with further inspection.

If goods are being returned as defective, a detailed fault description
should also be enclosed. If after inspection it transpires that the
goods are not faulty, Azzurri Technology reserves the right charge an
administration fee of 75 EUR + VAT.

Azzurri also reserves the right to return the goods at the customer's
expense. Legal claims remain untouched of these conditions.
